First, we develop a working partnership between our extraordinary talented team and you, our homeowner. This partnership begins with an initial discovery meeting with Rick Watson where you express your vision of the home you want to build. Together we explore you familys needs, lifestyle and answer all your questions concerning the complete design and building of your home.
You will be introduced to our in-house architect who will become your personal design consultant. Rick Bradshaw, founder of Coral Design Group will creatively bring your vision into reality by developing a relationship with you and your family. Here he discovers your goals and needs, most importantly defines your lifestyle.
Beginning with an initial discover meeting, our interior designer will get to know you and your style. They review every area of your home, set a plan for every decision that needs to be made, and then assist you with the selections of every intimate detail in your home.
With the completion of the design phase and the selection process now under way, the constuction of your home is ready to begin. Rick Watson is assisted by an on-site project manager, and our in-office project coordinatorm this team is resposible for scheduling and overseeing the day-to-day construction of your home.
Now, your dream home is completed and ready for your family to move in. JRW maintains its signature service through this transition and beyond ensuring a smooth beginning to life in your new surroundings. To help you become familiar with all aspects of your new home, we personally guide you through an orientation.
Knowing the quality and professionalism of the homes we build, we take pride in giving our homeowners peace of mind through our two year warranty. This warranty is twice as long as the industry standard! We have an in-house Warranty Coordinator who is dedicated to making certain that all questions or concerns are given immediate attention.
